The Great Multitasking Lie

FAMILY OWNED | FAMILY FOCUSED | FAMILY DRIVEN

Multitasking behind the wheel can be dangerous. Even if you’re using a hands-free device, an engrossing or emotional phone call can take too much of your attention away from the road. People who think they’re “great at multitasking” are often simply unaware of how much their performance suffers. When your reaction time is too slow to prevent an accident, it arguably doesn’t matter whether texting or alcohol or daydreaming is to blame. There’s no breathalyzer that can detect distracted driving, but the results can be just as tragic.
